Beaumont-Wilshire Newsletter

Produced it its entirety by volunteers from the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood, the Beaumont-Wilshire newsletter is published every other month starting with the January-February issue. The newsletter is printed by a local company and hand-delivered to approximately 2,700 B-W residents and many Beaumont Village businesses by a legion of volunteers - over sixty! An online version of each edition is posted on the Newsletters page of this website.

Newsletter Submissions

The Beaumont-Wilshire newsletter strives to reflect the varied interests of residents and businesses in Beaumont-Wilshire. To that end, we appreciate the submission of article ideas, articles, visual content, event announcements, and "Letters to the Board.” Articles or "Letters to the Board" must not exceed 250 words and should be on topics of local concern. All submissions must be pre-approved for space allocation and are subject to editing; a review post-editing is available.


Submission Deadlines

The newsletter is published the 1st of January, March, May, July, September and November.
Pre-approved articles should be submitted by the 1st of the month PRIOR to a publishing date.

Where/How to Submit

  Articles/Editorials: email An MS Word document is best.

  Photos & Graphics: email Please label your images as appropriate to your subject.

Newsletter Distribution

Advertising in our newsletter is a cost-efficient and productive way to reach hyper-local prospective clients and customers. We deliver to over 2,700 households in the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood, with readership estimated to be about 6,000. Step-by-step instructions follow:

Step 1: Determine space availability by emailing

Step 2: If space is available, select your desired ad size and advertising duration.

Step 3: Email stating your desire to advertise and your ad size and duration choices.

Step 4: You’ll receive an email invoice from the Treasurer with balance due prior to the next ad submission deadline.

Step 5: By the deadline (8th of the month prior to publication), email your black & white ad (with no rich black or color) to  Most versatile formats are PDF and jpg files.  For ad spec questions email
