A proposal has been submitted for a new multi-family development on the three lots at 4311-4337 NE Prescott Street.
The proposal is for two buildings, both three stories in height, housing 31 studio apartments, 40 one-bedroom units, and 15 two-bedroom units, for a total of 86 units. The design also includes parking for 15 cars and 98 bicycles.
